Rob was always so kind to us at the cross country meets. He seemed really happy to be there and watch all the kids, and of course, very proud of his son. Rob will be remembered as a man who desired to be present for his family and showed up when he mentally and physically could. I appreciated his smile. -Prayers and Love, The Buckland Family

ROB was a good friend. I have a lot of happy memories with him. He loved his kids very much and would constantly talk about them. He was very proud to be their father.

Rob and I became friends because of Debbie, and I'm so glad she introduced me to her little brother. Our relationship kind of felt like a brother/sister one as the years went on. Rob knew how much I love tornadoes, so he set it up one night to invite me over and show me the brand new movie Twisters that I hadn't seen. To this day, I still remember certain scenes that Rob would make little comments to. He will be missed dearly and I hope he is at peace now. ♥️

Thank you for always coming up with games for me to win and for always sharing the end table with me at the Cheesecake Factory. I always enjoyed bonding over being the two unrelated members of the family, now I have to deal with these crazy people by myself! I'll miss you at all the gatherings.

Rob and I were only 10.5 months apart in age. He was my baby brother but everyone thought we were twins growing up. I have one very special memory of Rob growing up. We would often be left with my dad while my mom and big brother Frank would go grocery shopping and run errands. Rob and I would sit on the floor in front of the big dining room window and blow hot air on it and write messages, backwards so they would see them and come home. Lol. One particular time I remember crying and Rob made up a song to sing to me so I would laugh. I still to this day remember the words to this song and used to beg him to sing it to me when we were adults! He always "claimed" he didn't remember the words, but I know he did because he would always look at me and smile.
We may not have always seen eye to eye but I loved my baby brother. ❤️

Will miss your enthusiasm for any ridiculous or boring games we made everyone play on Christmas Eve. We had a lot of laughs and made wonderful memories.

rovers morning glory for life, tv and movie recommendations, politics, dogs, california... will miss you at every family thing, ever, esp for sitting at my end of the table and being politically incorrect at all times
